We keep the hardware running. You run the stream.

We rack the servers, keep the network up and swap out anything that breaks. There's no control panel upsell and no account manager. When you email us, you get a reply from someone who knows the servers.

  • Unmetered means unmetered. Push the port as hard as you like, all month.
  • Failed parts are replaced free. Disks, RAM, PSUs and the rest.
  • The whole machine is yours. No other customers on your CPU, disks or port.
  • Free app install. Plex, Jellyfin, AzuraCast, Restreamer and more, set up for you when your server is built.
  • Room to grow. Go from 1Gbps to 100Gbps without changing provider.

Questions

Is the bandwidth really unmetered?

Yes. Every server has a dedicated, unmetered port at the listed speed. There are no traffic caps or overage bills.

How long does setup take?

Usually a few business days after your invoice is paid. We email you the login details when it's ready.

Which operating systems can I install?

Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux on every server. Windows Server is also available on 1G-1, 1G-2 and ST-96.

How many IP addresses do I get?

Servers on a 25Gbps or 100Gbps port, plus US-2, US-3 and US-7, come with 5 usable IPv4 addresses. Every other server comes with one.

Is this a managed service?

No. You get full root access and you look after the software. We look after the hardware and the network. We can install one app for free at setup, such as Plex, Jellyfin or AzuraCast, as-is with no warranty or support afterwards. If you lock yourself out or break the server and need us to step in, that is a $150 remote hands fee.

What can't I host?

Anything illegal, plus attacks, spam and anything that gets our IP addresses blacklisted. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

How do I pay?

You build an order and send it to us, and we reply with an invoice. Billing is monthly in US dollars.

Do you offer refunds?

Servers are built and rented for you, so we can't refund a server once it has been provisioned. Ask us anything before you order.
