1. Scope
1.1
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all Services and to anyone who uses them, including your own users and customers. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and a breach of this policy is a breach of those Terms.
1.2
If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us before you do it.
2. Prohibited content
2.1
You must not store, stream, transmit or link to child sexual abuse material in any form, including material that is AI-generated, computer-generated, drawn, edited or described as fictional, or any material that sexualises minors.
2.2
You must not host gore, extreme violence, or content that threatens, harasses or incites violence against anyone.
2.3
You must not sell, advertise or facilitate the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, explosives or similar items.
2.4
You must not host content that promotes or supports terrorism or violent extremism.
2.5
You must not host intimate images of any person without their consent.
2.6
You must not host any other content that is illegal in the country where the server is located.
3. Prohibited activity
3.1
You must not carry out or facilitate denial-of-service attacks, stress testing or “booter” services against any target, including your own systems without our prior written permission.
3.2
You must not send traffic with forged or spoofed source IP addresses.
3.3
You must not send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or host anything advertised by them.
3.4
You must not scan, brute-force, exploit or gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
3.5
You must not operate phishing sites, malware, botnet command-and-control servers or any other fraudulent service.
3.6
You must not run open proxies, open mail relays or open DNS resolvers.
3.7
You must not do anything that causes our IP addresses to be listed on Spamhaus or any other blocklist.
4. Blocklisting
4.1
If an IP address assigned to you is blocklisted because of activity on your server, we may suspend the server until the cause is fixed.
4.2
Repeated blocklisting is grounds for termination.
5. Copyright and rights complaints
5.1
You must only stream and distribute content you have the right to use.
5.2
We forward rights-holder complaints to you, and you must deal with them promptly. Repeated or ignored complaints are grounds for suspension or termination.
6. Enforcement
6.1
We decide whether this policy has been breached.
6.2
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we may issue a warning, suspend the affected Services, or terminate them without notice.
6.3
We reserve the right to charge an abuse handling fee of $25 for each valid abuse report we receive about your Services. Paying a fee does not prevent suspension or termination.
6.4
Where we find or are told about child sexual abuse material on our Services, we will terminate all of your Services immediately and without warning, preserve the relevant data, and report it to the police and the relevant authorities.
6.5
We report other illegal material and activity to law enforcement and cooperate fully with lawful requests.
6.6
Services terminated under this policy are not refunded.
7. Reporting abuse
7.1
Report abuse to abuse@mystreamingserver.com, including the IP address, URLs, timestamps and any relevant logs.
