1. What we collect
- Your email address and, if you give it, your name or company name.
- The details of your orders and invoices.
- Emails you send us.
- Basic network data, such as IP addresses, needed to run and protect our services.
2. What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. The order page saves your basket in your own browser so it isn't lost if you refresh; we never see it until you send it.
3. Your server's content
We don't look at what's on your server. We only act on content when we receive a report or are required to by law.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the companies that help us run our services, such as payment processors and data centres, and when the law requires it. Where we find or are told about illegal material, we share what we have with the police.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and billing records for as long as the law requires. Servers are wiped when the service ends.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@mystreamingserver.com.
